Our keto garlic mozzarella bagels are AMAZING!

Bagels are an excellent breakfast food, but so many people think there is just one option: plain. However, you'll be excited to learn that this bagel recipe is anything but bland and boring. Keto garlic mozzarella bagels are a kick start to traditional bagels and have delicious flavor cooked right in. You will never settle for an ordinary bagel ever again once you try this incredible low-carb recipe.

Low Carb Garlic Mozzarella Bagels

Before I started a keto diet, I was obsessed with bagels. It didn't help that I lived near a great bagel store that made fresh bagels every day. How could I resist that smell of freshly baking bagels in the morning?! Bagels were just part of my daily routine. Then, I decided that eating a low carb, keto diet was going to be a much healthier way of life especially when compared to my daily bagel. I said goodbye to bagels and started eating keto foods. I thought I would never have a bagel again. Then this recipe came along and bagels were back in my life! It was like a dream come true!

You may be wondering how bagels can be low carb. I know I definitely wondered how this miracle could be possible. The secret is in the type of flour you use. Never use ordinary white flour because it's packed full of carbs. Instead, opt for almond flour such as this recipe calls for. You'll still achieve the same great texture, but much fewer carbs. You won't even notice the difference!

In addition to being low carb, almond flour is full of nutrients like protein and healthy fats. Almond flour is made simply by grinding almonds until they are a fine powder. You can easily make your own almond flour using a food processor but you can likely find it in just about any grocery store. Since almond flour is made using just almonds, you get that delicious almond taste that you know and love- these bagels just get better and better!

The flavor of garlic mozzarella bagels is really second to none. The deliciousness of garlic, cream cheese, and mozzarella come together to create a flavor that will totally blow away your taste buds. If you're looking for a new and improved way to start your day the right way, then look no further than this fantastic keto breakfast. You are sure to appreciate the goodness packed into each and every bite. You can even make them ahead to enjoy throughout the week.

Whether you're looking for a way to jazz up your weekly breakfast menu or want to serve up something a little different for brunch, garlic mozzarella is an incredible option. Feeling intimidated to make your own bagels? Don't be! It only takes a few essential ingredients and less than 30 minutes before you can whip up your own bagel that is just as good (or even better!) than your local bakery.

What are you waiting for? This recipe is an absolute must-try! Don't forget to share this recipe with your family and friends.
