Ingredients
  • 2 pounds fresh chopped broccoli
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 8-ounce package cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 12 ounces diced ham
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a large casserole dish.
  2. Toss the broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper then spread in the casserole dish.
  3. Roast for 20 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
  4. Meanwhile, stir together the heavy cream, chicken broth, mozzarella, cream cheese and garlic in a saucepan with 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  5. Heat on medium-low, stirring often, until everything melts together.
  6. Sprinkle the ham over the broccoli then pour on the cheese sauce.
  7. Top with the remaining cheddar then bake for 15 minutes until hot and bubbling.
