Ingredients
  • 3 ounces butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 ounces fresh chopped kale
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes crushed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes optional
  • salt and pepper
  • Sliced green onion to serve
Instructions
  1. Combine the butter, sesame oil, ½ teaspoon salt, and chili flakes in a food processor.

  3. Shape the mixture into small balls and roll in sesame seeds then set aside.
  4. Heat the oil in a large stockpot and add the pork.
  5. Sauté the pork until browned then stir in the ginger and spices.
  6. Add the kale to the saucepan and sauté until it is tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. Pour in the water then add the bouillon and soy sauce.
  8. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
  9. Season with salt and pepper then spoon into bowls.
  10. Serve garnished with sliced green onion and sesame fat bombs.
