Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounces dark chocolate (90%) chopped
  • 1 1/2 ounces butter chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs whisked
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease four ramekins with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a double boiler over low heat.
  3. When melted, stir smooth then whisk in the vanilla and coconut extracts and remove from heat.
  4. Beat the eggs with a hand mixer until fluffy then pour in the chocolate mixture while beating.
  5. Stir the mixture until smooth then divide among the four ramekins.
  6. Place the ramekins in the oven then reduce the temperature to 350°F.
  7. Bake for 6 minutes then let cool for a few minutes before serving with whipped cream.
