  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Beat the butter and monk fruit sweetener together until creamy then beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, hemp seed, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Whisk the dry ingredients into the butter mixture then stir in up to 2 tablespoons of water, as needed, to reach a dough-like consistency.
  5. Spoon the batter onto the baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until browned.
  6. Cool the cookies for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
