Low Carb Orange-Glazed Pumpkin Scones

This isn't just another ordinary scone recipe. It's loaded with the classic pumpkin flavor, but the zesty orange flavor is what really sets this dish apart from the rest. If you've never had this blend of deliciousness before then, you are in for a real treat. Pumpkin and orange go together surprisingly well. You will be shocked by how amazing the taste of the pumpkin blends with the strong citrus flavor. The orange really brightens up that warm pumpkin taste and really helps make these scones a fantastic breakfast treat. Whether you prefer scones as a midday dessert or if you prefer to devour it with your favorite tea or coffee, you simply can't go wrong serving this up! Our recipe makes enough scones that you will be enjoying them for a few days too so have one for breakfast today, save one for dessert tomorrow and eat the rest all day long.

Not only is this recipe low carb, but it's a lot easier to make than you may think. Why stand in line at the bakery when you can whip this up in your very own kitchen? All you need to do is mix the dry ingredients together and then combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix the wets and dries together to make a nice, sticky dough. Pat the dough into a flat circle on a piece of parchment and cut it into triangles (or shape the dough into circles- whichever scone shape you prefer!). Bake the scones and then ice the scones with our coconut oil, monkfruit sweetener and almond milk glaze. Tada- pumpkin orange scones are ready to be eaten!

You'll love the delicious aroma that fills your home as these bake in the oven. Your house will smell like a low carb bakery! Once you sink your teeth into this warm, flavorful treat, it'll definitely become a fall favorite for life. You should probably make some extra scones because everyone is going to want one of these new, interesting pumpkin creations.

If you want to serve up something this year that is sure to be an instant hit, then you have to give this fantastic keto-friendly treat a try.
