Low Carb Fudgy Almond Fat Bombs

Let's begin with the simplicity of this dessert. All you need is about 30 minutes of prep time to combine all the fantastic flavors followed by some time in the freezer to firm up. There is absolutely no cook time required! Scorching summer temperatures can make it impossible to bake up your favorite treat, but recipes like this prove that you don't have to. What's not to love about a scrumptious dessert that you don't even have to cook? This definitely gets our vote of approval!

The combination of flavor in this recipe is out of this world. It combines the deliciousness of cocoa, coconut, and almond into a single-serving. Whether you want something nearly bite-sized for after work or school or want to serve up something a little special at your next gathering, fudgy almond fat bombs are where it's at! This treat always seems to impress.

In order to keep it keto-friendly, it's essential to find the perfect sugar substitute. Fortunately, monk fruit sweetener does the trick! It's much sweeter than sugar but has no calories, and the body can process it much easier than sugar. Talk about a WIN!

Don't ever let anybody tell you that low carb desserts can't be delicious. This recipe proves that you can still have a tasty treat without all of those unnecessary carbs. Try it for yourself and see how quickly you fall in love with this no-cook dessert!
