You won't be disappointed!

This recipe is all about flavor. It's incredible how a few simple ingredients can come together to create a tasty, fall-off-the-bone pork recipe! The additional broccoli makes this meal an all-in-one option if you simply don't feel like cooking any sides. No need to turn on your stove or think about other side dishes- everything is cooked together in our favorite kitchen appliance- the slow cooker! So after a few hours of cooking, you can serve it up piping hot, and you'll quickly understand why so many people have fallen head over heels for this fantastic meal.

Low Carb Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork with Broccoli

A successful pork recipe always depends on the tenderness of the meat. You never want to overcook your pork, making it super dry. You also want to be sure that your pork is cooked completely through- raw pork is not good for anyone! It is a meat that needs to be well done but no overdone- pork can be tricky!

Fortunately, this keto slow-cooker pulled pork dish is so moist that it actually melts in your mouth. Perfect pork with almost no effort- sounds like the best way to cook pork ever! You won't believe just how easy it is to get such delicious results. The only effort you have to put into the dish is compiling all of the ingredients and then stepping back and letting the slow-cooker do the rest of the work. Don't forget to add in the broccoli florets about 15 minutes before the meal is done.

Choosing a good liquid to add to the slow cooker is essential for the taste of this pork. We used a high-quality chicken broth in our recipe but you can also opt for a vegetable broth or a beef broth. A good, low sodium broth is key! The spices that you use are also just as important. We kept it simple using just garlic and onions but you can definitely toss in some dried basil, tarragon or even a few chili flakes to give the port and broccoli a little bit of spice. You can also adjust the spices after the pork as cooked. Give the meat a bite and then add a little more salt or pepper as you see fit.

Keto-friendly dishes don't have to be a hassle. You can still eat healthy without too much effort or have to purchase expensive ingredients. This slow-cooker pulled pork with broccoli proves you can have an amazing meal and still stick to your low carb diet. Talk about a total win!

Try this low carb recipe for yourself and don't forget to share with your family and friends. It's just too delicious to keep it a secret!
