Low Carb Spiced Cranberry Relish

The blend of seasonings is everything in this recipe. The tartness of fresh cranberries combined with a bit of rosemary and thyme is the ultimate explosion of flavor. You'll also notice a subtle sweetness that is brought to you by none other than powdered erythritol. As a reminder, powdered erythritol is actually sugar alcohol, so it allows us to get that sweetness while still keeping the dish sugar-free. This is an excellent option for all the low carb foodies and other people who are watching their sugar intake.

So when exactly should a person add spiced cranberry relish to their dish? The options are endless! It's a very popular side to include on the table during the holiday season. It pairs nicely with most meats, including ham and turkey. However, you can pretty much add it to anything you wish. It's just too good to pass up!

If you've never made a cranberry relish before, you may be a little intimidated by the process. As you can see with this simple recipe, there's not much to it. Simply compile the few ingredients and adjust the sweetness to your taste preferences. Everybody may assume you spent a lot of time in the kitchen, but your secret is safe with us!
