Ingredients
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon pumkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large egg yolks
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine the heavy cream, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla in a small saucepan.
  3. Bring the mixture to boil and stir until smooth and well combined.
  4. Whisk the egg yolks in a heat-proof bowl then whisk in the warmed cream, a little at a time.
  5. Divide the mixture among three ramekins, filling them evenly.
  6. Place the ramekins in a glass baking dish and fill with ½ inch water.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes then remove the ramekins from the water bath and let cool.
  8. Serve the crème brulee warm or chill before serving.
