  1. Place the eggs in a saucepan and fill with cold water.
  2. Bring the water to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 6 minutes.
  3. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to stop cooking and let them cool.
  4. Once cooled, peel the eggs and cut them in half, scooping the yolks into a bowl.
  5. Stir in the remaining ingredients then spoon the mixture into the empty halves.
  6. Sprinkle with a pinch of paprika to serve.
