Low Carb BLT on Cauliflower Buns

And it’s the cauliflower bun that makes this scrumptious low-carb, just-right meal a thing of convenient beauty that will make your lunch or dinner (heck, even breakfast!) a simple and delicious joy. Best of all, we’ve broken down the recipe so that you can create a single serving – no waste or worry. Also, there is no need to steam or otherwise prep the cauliflower. Just pulse it into rice-sized grains before adding it to the dough.

We’ve included a touch of turmeric to give you a tangy, peppery flavor experience and add a wonderfully fresh mustard-like aroma to your kitchen as you prepare. The mixture bakes into a firm, dry texture in just 20 minutes, and you can serve it warm and fresh, straight from the oven. Yum!

Add a generous four slices of already low-carb bacon, 2 tablespoons of voluptuous olive (or avocado!) oil mayo, fresh lettuce leaves, and tomato slices, and this classic treat is ready for you to swoon over any time of day. Whether you’re treating yourself to a healthful, low-carb weekend lunch or ready for quick and easy light dinner that keeps you focused on your keto lifestyle, this is the recipe for you!  Just be ready for lots of requests for more.  Once the people in your life see (and smell) this flavorful, aromatic, palate-pleasing and easy-to-create meal being made, you just might have a line at your door!
